$20,000 bought this 1799 farmhouse on 12 south-facing acres back in 1972... a young couple's dream come true. Well... "dream" might be a bit much. Been a lot of work putting Her back together again. Kept us off the streets, though.

Five kids, ten grandkids, and five decades later, the 1799 House is now a retirement home dream come true. Still a lot of work, but She keeps us moving. There's no place we'd rather be. So far...
